Aine läbinud üliõpilane:
- tunneb juhtimise põhiprintsiipe ja oskab neid reaalse elu kolukordadesse üle kanda;
- mõistab eestvedamise rolli kaasaegsetes organistasioonides;
- on teadlik enese eestvedamise kompetentsidest ja suudab neid analüüsida;
- teab peamisi eestvedamise teooriaid ja nende rakendamise mehhanisme elulistes olukordades.

After completing this course the student:
- knows the main principles of management and brings them to the real life situations;
- understands role of leadership in contemorary organisations;
- is aware of her/his own leadership competencies and is able to analyse them;
- knows the main leadership theories and their application tools in real-life situations.

Kursuse põhisosa on peamised juhtimise printsiibid - organisatsiooni ülesehitus ja selle toimimiseks teostatv juhtimine ning peamised eestvedamise teooriad. Materjali illustreerivad arutlusele tulevad juhtumid ja teadusartiklid. Magistrandid teadvustavad ja analüüsivad enese eestvedamise kompetentse läbi erinevate ülesannete ja testide.

The main frame of the course is built form the main principles of management - the stucture of management and the neccessary activities of management to maintain it. The information will be illustarted with the cases and articles that will be discussed. The masters students will aknowledge their leadership competencies trough the different tasks and tests.
