The role of a designer is one of the key responsibilities of a leader, and fulfilling this role in a way that supports other leadership roles requires not only experience and practical skills but also theoretical knowledge. The objective of this course is to create the foundation for making informed decisions regarding organizational architecture and to demonstrate the connections between these decisions and other management activities.

Õppeaine läbinud üliõpilane:
1. tunneb ettevõtte arhitektuuri ja äriarhitektuuri peamiseid mõisteid ja kontseptsioone;
2. oskab suurest süsteemist (nagu ettevõte ja tema infosüsteem) tervikpilti luua ja struktuurselt esitada;
3. mõtleb struktuurselt ja arutleb organisatsioonide arhitektuuri üle;
4. teab keerukuse ja selle juhtimise põhimõisteid;
5. hindab eri vaatepunktidest lihtsamate süsteemide keerukust;

After completing this course, the student:

4. knows the key concepts of complexity and its management;
5. assesses the complexity of simpler systems from different perspectives;
6. creates and analyzes connections between an organization and its strategy;
7. understands the key concepts of risk management and privacy.
