Joining and leaving audience groups

A course audience can be divided into groups (e.g. for working in groups during the course). Lecturer notifies the students if there is a requirement for them to join a group.

  1. Go to menu: My study information > REGISTRATION > Groups.

  2. The system displays a list of your declared courses, which have audience groups in the current semester, created by the lecturer.

  1. You can filter the courses being displayed by entering keywords in the search bar on top of the page. First select one of the 3 keyword types:

    1. Course code.

    2. Course title.

    3. Lecturer.

  2. Filtering can be done using just one or many keywords at the same time. Add a filter by clicking on symbol , to remove a filter click on symbol .

  3. Click on “Search” after entering the keyword.

  4. Click on the course to view the list of groups created for that course.

  5. The system displays the list of groups of that course and additional information about the groups (if inserted).

  1. To join a group click on “Select” (system asks for confirmation).

  2. The name of the joined group is displayed in "Selections" column.

  1. To leave a group click on “Cancel“.
